Lacrosse balls are used to help lengthen fascia and muscle.
We use them in combination with Spiky balls.
We find these balls are best used for rolling the plantar fascia, treating the peroneal muscles on the outside of the lower leg, and helping the stretch the pecs. They can also be used with assistance from a partner on the upper trapezius muscle to help decrease tension, pain and increase range of motion.
They can get into all the good tension areas.
