Kelly’s story is one of hard work and success.

Kelly has spent nearly 20 years developing her capability in the health and wellness industry. Kelly is also a successful amateur athlete in her own right, competing at both ITU and Xterra (Off road triathlon) World Championship events in Australia and overseas.

With Kelly’s extensive experience as an athlete, and working directly with athletes, she is very well known by reputation.

Kelly’s mantra may well read, “I want to help people achieve their goals and dreams by being the best version of themselves”. Commencing her studies in the Applied Science field of Medical Biophysics and Instrumentation, Kelly quickly gravitated toward work in supporting athlete as a Sports Scientist.

Kelly commenced her soft tissue work as a pure Sports Massage therapist before broadening her skills in the field of Remedial Massage. During this time Kelly worked with numerous world class athletes for Australia, and international teams, primarily in the Cycling disciplines. Before furthering her studies into the complex field of Myotherapy.

Kelly has worked with the Australian Institute of Sport and currently combines her Myotherapy work with a role as a Senior Lecturer for Myotherapy, Remedial Massage.


Kelly’s PROFESSIONAL BIO

  • Masters of Applied Science in Sports Studies, a Bachelor of Applied Science – Medical Biophysics and Instrumentation and am currently studying a Graduate Diploma of Psychology.
  • Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy, Diploma of Remedial Massage and a Certificate IV in Sports Massage.
  • Lecturing for 6 years across the Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy, Diploma of Remedial Massage and Certificate IV in Massage levels.
  • Worked in the Sleep Science industry for 10 years as a Sleep Scientist, Practice Manager for Sleep Physicians and a CPAP therapist.
  • Extensive experience working with elite international athletes that include the: Australian Mountain Bike Team (Team Manager, Soigneur, Sports Scientist)
  • Australian Road Cycling and Track Cycling teams as Soigneur
  • Great Britain Mountain Bike Team (Soigneur)
  • Canadian Mountain Bike, Road Cycling, BMX team (Soigneur)
  • 2004 Athens Olympic Games, 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games (Australian Mountain Bike Team)
  • 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games (England Mountain Bike Team)
  • Numerous World Championships, World Cups, European Races, National races
  • Worked at the Australian Institute of Sport – Physiology Department as a Sports Scientist (Work Placement year – 1997)
  • Competed as an amateur athlete in Xterra (off-road) triathlon and have competed at 4 World Championship events (ITU and Xterra) and travel internationally to race.
